I put a down payment on a 2019 FTR race replica Saturday. Hoping to pick it up after Christmas.
I started my big bike career on naked bikes, went to sport tourers, and I wanted something different. Back to basics I guess?

I got mine in the Spring. Only managed 2800 miles of smiles. When parked I can't keep my eyes off of it. It's by far the sweetest looking bike I've owned and a blast to ride.

Congratulations on your new ride!
The FTR is, indeed, a handsome machine and probably the cream of the current design crop.
However, the red frame just screams Ducati - so I prefer the basic, if uncomely and understated, black.

I actually paid extra for the red. But everyone is different

Understand. But I'm a Ducati guy, too, and have a couple. Red trellis frame just shouts Bologna ( factory tour is worth trip to Italy BTW)
