crap gas cap

Well here's Rev A of my new gas cap. It needs a few tweaks but is usable, I rode home from work (50 miles) and it's fine. It could use a thinner gasket and a better surface finish with a black coat but it works and it will not crack like the plastic internals on the OEM cap. Would be even easier to print, maybe out of petg? Idk how well that would hold up long term so maybe that's not a great idea, any 3d printers with some informed opinions on here?

MTBERBOB; Where/how did you get this fuel cap? Is there a link? How can I acquire one?
