Errors when posting

Hi,

since a few days I get this error message when I submit a post:



After closing the message, it looks like my post was not submitted and I am still in the editor. However, reloading the site shows that my message is saved. This seems to happen not every time but often. If also others see this message there could be an issue with the server or database.

System: MacBook from 2013 with current MacOS version (Catalina 10.15.2).
Browser: Safari 13.0.4 (current)

This error is back when I try to upload a bigger sized image (2MB, 1280x690)...

Did we run into a disk space/quota problem?
