Got my 2-2 on the other week

Been rocking the 2-2 on mine since August. Dealing with the heat so-so but getting rather tired of the body position…as a tall person I’ve never had to practice *not* flat-footing a bike and it’s weird. Not to mention while riding, haven’t yet gotten used to my lopsided leg angles.

HOWEVER it looks and sounds amazing, so what’s a little inconvenience, right?

Love it. Seriously, thank you so much for sharing. I know that it's form over function and that a 2 into 1 is preferable to a 2 into 2 - blah, blah, but this is absolutely the best looking exhaust for this bike and does so much to restore the look and feel of the flat track racer that it purports to be. I'd love to hear it running.

Louder, but not crazy like a full cat delete. The bigger issue people have is them pushing their right leg out a bit and the heat. The leg thing doesnt bother me at all and the heat for me is only an issue when stopping and idling for a couple minutes. Then yea it gets toasty.
Deleting the cat with the OEM Akrapovic exhaust is not loud at all.

LOUD was the cat delete and S&S single exhaust can, even with the "decibel reducer" or whatever they call it. I've had pretty loud bikes my whole life, Japanese fours, and a four with a loud pipe can be peddled a little to keep the noise somewhat down, but that S&S on a v-twin was too loud for me to take no matter how gingerly you rode it; the Akras went back on.

600cc cylinders are loud when relatively unmuffled. My 'busa exhaust wasn't that far from a full open exhaust, but it only has 325cc cylinders.
