When I see a computer bike being washed, I laugh, cringe, question the abuse of what happens down the road.

WD40 is my cleaning agent. Keeps the hardware from rusting, stops causing corrosion of the white powder, etc.

Contacts form a white crust between pins, hard to no starting, heats up the stator connections an melts the connectors, etc.

Nothing I can do, but reeducate the clueless. Hey, but it's your bike. Not a thing I can do.
