How's the touring?

I tried once on my old 1250 Bandit and swore I'd never tour on a naked bike again. It may be alright at lower speeds but 1100 mile weekends at 70+ were not enjoyable to me.

70+ miles per hour, or 70+ years of age?

Just kidding, naked bikes are of course not really meant for touring. But I like abusing things for purposes they haven't been designed for. My other passion is photography, and there too I use landscape lenses for portraits, portrait lenses for landscapes, and macro lenses for both. Because why not

1100 miles is often the extent of my touring for a week. And rather than 70+, our average speed is closer to 30.
Plus, there is some cheating involved, such as loading the bike on a train or on a ship to skip places already travelled.
