Lloyd’z tune for stock pipes

I was chatting to a guy at the weekend who had an Indian Chief, and he got a Lloydz tune put on his Chief at a UK Indian dealer. Apparently the dealer had a live link to Lloydz Garage and they uploaded/downloaded everything and the tune was done quite easily and quickly.

Fantastic! That's what we need. Maybe it was one of the Lloyd'z Garage centers? But probably not, because there seems to be only one in the UK, and it is in Cornwall.

I've read on another forum that Harley do this for their bikes routinely. Dealerships provide tuning, apparently.

Just looking at the volume of conversations on this topic on this one internet forum it becomes clear that fuelling (surging) is the single biggest problem this bike has. EVERYONE is looking for a solution.

There are a few across Europe.
I used the UK one for my FTR.
One of these might work for you.

Just getting back to this thread now. There is an Indian dealer about 10 min away from where i am moving to in Lebanon NJ. This isn’t the same dealer where I bought the bike (they didn’t have any FTRs) but I am going to stop in there tomorrow to ask about the Lloydz tune.

I checked out the website for remote tuning and Rolling Fast Cycles was listed! Thanks for the tip

I got my '24 Sport (with about 650 miles on it) flashed by Conquest Customs in Boca Raton, Florida about a week ago and it couldn't have been easier. They're one of Lloyd'z remote tuning centers, and the whole process took about an hour. The bike runs so much smoother now, and the surging is now gone. Beforehand, I didn't think that the surging was that noticeable, but when I got my freshly tuned bike back out on the road and it was a completely different beast. Highly recommended... the tune, the remote tuning concept, and Conquest Customs!

How much would you guys estimate the consumption goes up after the tune?

With stock tune, I can do more than 200 km / 124 miles on a full tank.

(RideCommand is showing the consumption at 4.8 l/100 km or 50 mpg, which would corespond to 271 km / 168 miles on a full tank).

With Lloyd's tune?
With FuelMoto tune?

That dealer did a Lloyds tune on my bike and it worked out well.
