I got the carbon fiber heat shield for the exhaust and started retrofitting one for the lower part of the exhaust. I kept burning my boot for some reason. C96322C3-8508-47C1-BEE4-579D98350ECF.jpegB0C49A7D-5DAF-4D2B-B196-470AC9B307B6.jpeg72D83C6E-52FC-46E5-9139-7BA70C21DA4A.jpeg

^^Is that a generic heat shield that you added an Akrapovic decal to or something Akrapovic sells? Source?
Not it’s from Akrapovic, can’t remember where I found it. The decal did not stay on either, I think the heat shield needs a heat shield if you know what I mean. The others have a metallic (maybe aluminum) shield behind them.

Next I sent the ECU off to Ryan @ Loydz and had the V6 tune done. Got rid of the cat, the baffles and the cold start issue all at the same time. It’s pretty loud now.

I tried to be slick and drill out the rivets on the end cap of the exhaust but I could not get it apart, so I just drilled the two small holes and rocked on with some extra plugs back there. 81FDEDC8-1048-42CA-AE73-8F8A6B174864.jpeg9C4E5905-B6B8-450F-B6DA-D0FD80B1CFED.jpeg

I found a GoPro mount that I was able to fit under the instrument cluster from Puluz. Fits and works great

I got a garage door opener from Mo-Door and mounted on the side of the bike

I also installed a permanent battery tender plug, it’s just kinda hanging out there. 6D1C353C-2FFF-468E-9E73-9808B896DAB5.jpeg

I swapped out the orange turn signals for clear, it’s a small difference and I probably should have just changed the signals out for something totally different but oh well. Maybe later.

Love the idea of that mo-door gizmo, never seen that before - might need to see if I can get something similar for my garage.

How come you had to install a secondary battery tender lead?
These bikes have a factory installed SAE connector on the left side under the fuse cover.

lots of dealers put a second one on. Mine did
at least it means I don't need to take my cover off to charge it haha

So I am using the plug under the fuse box for the Mo-Door wiring and I would just rather not remove that panel every time I want to charge it.
