Does the windshield fit a 2022 Carbon R that has the cowl? Also, is hardware included.

I believe it should. The windscreen attaches to the bike by replacing the top bolts on the front suspension and I didn't have to remove or modify my cowl at all. And yes, all hardware necessary to mount it is included.
