I (currently) still have my Honda Hornet 600, registered it for another 3 months and not sure if I'm going to sell it just yet - still deciding. I have had that bike since 2006 and spent a year modifying it while I waited for my unrestricted licence so I could ride it so we have a lot of history together and if I do sell I want it to go to a good home haha.
My other half is on a Harley Roadster, he used to have an MV Agusta Brutale 1200 RR but decided it was time to get something that would force him to not ride like a loony lol.
I can’t figure out how to post pictures but I’m thinning out my herd, 1981 Maico 490,2003 cr250r,2018 huskyte300, sportster street tracker, Ducati Monster 750, Coast to Coast bike is 2000 Honda Valkyrie interstate, oh yeah 1978 hd superglide , afew vintage dirt bikes but this FTR is all I want to ride, how lucky are we to own this beautiful bike.
Honda Crosstourer 1200 best motorcyle I have owned in 51 years comfort power handling all wrapped up with a shaft drive outstanding.
On my third one sadly Honda have now discontinued the model so may keep this one do not know what I would replace it with please do not suggest GS1250 I cannot walk out of my front door without falling over one just to common.
I have quite the stable of shitters going on beside my main rides, my SR300, the dirty old DL650 below and the FTR. I won't list them all but there's a '69 Honda SS50, a couple of other 3Y series Yamahas, bucket racers, and rally mongrels (the drunken type, not the Dakar type )
I love all my bikes for different reasons but none like my FTR!
She is alone now but these were her stable mates last year. Hoping to build a Carbon Fiber Ural off road w/ side car in the future To keep her company.
Not great picture quality but this is one that regularly turned up at a local bike meet. Not many bikes are worthy of getting the phone out and taking pictures but from a restoration point of view this is as good as it could possibly get! It was indeed probably better than showroom condition?
