Finally installed the Rizoma MA 009 handlebar. And so happy with it. Coming from a Protaper Rally handlebar, the Rizoma is a little more narrow and lower. The riding is so much better.. more direct, more feeling with the bike en tighter turning. Very happy with it. :)

One last question about the handlebars; what is their height? 30, 35 or 50mm?

Thanks for your answers. I want a lower handlebar on my 2019 FTR, but the 2021 OEM one from Indian is about 250 Euro's in The Netherlands. Ridiculous prices. The Rizoma ones are about half that price.

But doesn't that make the fixation of the switch gear less solid? Is it possible, and wise, to drill a hole myself on the new handlebar in the same place as the original handlebar?+

Hi there, I'm interested in the lower Protaper Carmichael bars.. I have the protaper high bars now. One question; do they have a predrilled hole for the electronic gashandle? Or is it easy to drill a hole yourself?

Have the same problem with my 2019, both the regularly sticking in neutral and the 'grinding' feeling when shifting from 1 to 2 at higher rpm's. Waiting with shifting to 2nd after it revs down a bit helps and makes getting in 2nd easier. After reading these threads on this subject I'm going to...
