    FTR AS ROAD RACER

I'm 75 and still do road races and track days - not DRAG RACING which is another sport entirely. Also, I don't pay a membership fee - just an annual racing license good at most tracks in America for actual events and/or track days. Pushing the limits on the streets seems insane to me. Reality...

    FTR AS ROAD RACER

Just rode my FTR (it actually got warm here for a few hours). Great bike, so light and flickable. Great engine, suspension. Thinking again of selling the Ducati racer and becoming a track hooligan. Going to look for a used in Florida, where I keep my racer, and convert for track. No sure if I...

    What’s everyone clocking in at?

Mine has a tad over 1100 miles. Very fond of it, but don't ride the FTR so much due to relatively limited range and relatively specialized purpose. Also I have other motorcycles to exercise. Sadly, since moviing to Oklahoma I do not ride as frequently as I did when I lived in Florida.

    FTR AS ROAD RACER

It's a wonderful flowing track. Not extremely technical, but a couple of challenging turns. Think it's my favorite. Front straight is very fast and ends in a curve that doesn't make your butt pucker. Plus the grounds/setting can't be beat. Hope you'll enjoy. Will look forward to your update...

    FTR AS ROAD RACER

Roebling Road is just outside Savannah. Going to a two-day private track event there in three weeks. Flying in from OKC to meet my bike. Great facility. Have races and track days. My gang (about 16 guys & gals) is renting the track. Love doing this. Less structured. We basically agree you can go...

HAVE had the Toce and tune since day 14. Makes huge difference. Worth every penny. And I paid dealer to install.

New 2022 Base FTR Owner Pittsburgh, PA

Hi. Enjoy! I have the exact same model with Toce exhaust, Lloyds tune, heated grips and Rizoma mirrors. Is a great ride an lots of fun except for the position of the kickstand, which is one of my nagging complaints. Stock suspension is great!

This place needs a little levity. We're talking toys for crying out loud.

No. 1 reason to avoid the FTR: Kickstand placement was engineered by an idiot. Impossible to find. No. 2 reason to avoid the FTR: It ain't a Harley.
