FTR Seat - leather re-upholstered by the best in the US - for sale

Good day FTR Family. I have a basically brand new stock seat / re-upholstered by Ginger McCabe @ newchurchmoto.com. Check out her work on website, she is truly the best. Please reach out for details, Looking for $300 US, I am taking quite a hit selling but thats ok. You won’t be disappointed!

To what specs was the seat built? Higher/lower than OEM? Wider? Foam harder/softer than OEM? Fix slope to tank? Leather or vinyl?

I have the same color bike. Is the color of the leather black with the stitching red? Can't tell
