Rode across town for a bike night….sat on a new ‘23 Carbon and fiddled with the round dash. The 17” wheels feel so tidy after hopping off my RR, but I think I could definitely get used to it 😎
I come to you all with a glorious sound:
That’s the sharp kick of a new Antigravity battery!!! I will be packing my dead one up and posting it back to them for analysis. Really strongly urge those of you having problems to fill out the warranty paperwork, and if you don’t hear anything from...
I’d have to say I have not experienced that on any of the ‘22 models I have ridden…may be worth checking the tightness & fitment on all the bolts holding your seat on.
(140km/h is approx 85mph for other lazy Americans)
Wait…..you mean Max isn’t out in his garage slapping the battery with a piece of breaded chicken for 10min every fortnight? Ooops. Now what am I going to do with all these cutlets I stocked up on?
Hey y’all, update time. I just got off the phone w/Arlene and have a path forward on the warranty process for my battery. She’s a peach! I definitely recommend following up with a phone call or the [email protected] email like Mr. @AntigravityBatteries asked. I feel like they’ve got my issue notes...
I am also a little grabby when cold…grabby these blankets up and going back to bed. 🤣
Seriously though, all this clutch feel talk has me very excited to ride my ‘19 back-to-back with a ‘23 at Daytona.
TBH I was following the warranty route first before reaching out direct, for several reasons;
1) It’s what your website says to do for help.
2) I’ve been on the other side of situations like this, and know the value of establishing a case log, ticket number, etc. for tracking (as you’ve also...
Interesting selection! I’m curious at seeing the Scout in there, I would think it hardly gets much play with the bigger bikes hanging around. Keeping it for visitors?
Since I’m actively planning (and scouting the internet for) some FTR-based project bikes, I answered Yes…and then I noticed the poll was about buying a brand new model….and the answer is still yes. Some might call me a bit biased (and I’ll own it!), but having demo’d almost every model now, I’m...
I have a ‘19 RR and I have literally never experienced what you’re describing, on stock tires or better ones….sounds to me like your clutch forgot it’s a slipper! ):
Hi! It’s me! I’m the friend.
I’ve sent Mike my info as well as submitted the warranty form via e-mail to AG. Have to say, I’m pretty disappointed in the performance given that the product description touts “longer life” and “lower self-discharge” as selling points.
Hoping to get this resolved...
Yep. I did a custom order passed on the Track-LF silhouette. Subbed synthetic in lieu of leather (because of Florida dampness), specified some custom embroidery. I love it so very much over the stock seat, with only two “meh” aspects.
1) The diamond stitching on the LF seems to allow the seat...
Been rocking the 2-2 on mine since August. Dealing with the heat so-so but getting rather tired of the body position…as a tall person I’ve never had to practice *not* flat-footing a bike and it’s weird. Not to mention while riding, haven’t yet gotten used to my lopsided leg angles.
HOWEVER it...
I disagree slightly*, but both *are* drowned out by the wheeze of the cat until higher RPM.
*based on demoing a 22 base and a champ edition back-2-back
Been doing an unusual amount of riding bikes that aren’t mine for the past couple weeks 🤔 But! I rode the ol’ chap to the AFT finale in Volusia, FL last month and it was a blast.
