I looked at a used Toce last week but the guy told me how loud it was and I decided to pass, even though I hate the stocker. I leave for work early and I don't want to be that guy.

Does the 100% have the aftermarket levers to match the rear-sets? I'd get those, the difference between the J.Juan and Brembo levers is irritating my OCD. And welcome, by the way!

This is interesting. For comparison: I also have a newer Africa Twin (Honda) and they have problems with the display going wonky too. Honda recently increased the warranty replacement to 10 years for '20+ AT's. I'm not saying Honda is better or always gets it right, but they got it right in this...

I ordered the gixxer arm today, hoping that helps with the major 1-2 clunk I'm experiencing (even after a fresh oil change). I think 15w60 is the heaviest oil I've ever used! Speaking of oil, I used the Indian kit but will be looking at other stuff next change. Can someone link me an oil thread? :p

IMO it never hurts to have the appropriate Service Manual for every vehicle you own.

Sounds great! Not totally rude in the scheme of things. Not what I'd (meaning my neighbors) want for my daily (leaving for work before 6am) bike though. :p

I've been greasing axles for 30 years to lubricate assembly and prevent corrosion. It seems to do the job so I'll likely continue to do so.
