51 days since measurable rainfall with 9.7" total so far (normally 35" and our wettest months already behind us), 30 days at 100* or above (110* for the last 3 days) with the hottest/driest part of summer still to come. Broken right foot so I cant ride or do much anything else for 6 more weeks, MotoGP on break for 3-4 more weeks. Faaack me!
So the glass half full version, I dont have to mow the grass, no mosquitos, the bikes have never been so clean or me so tan, inside tasks getting done, and the Tour De France has been good and good for some American riders.
The heat is a normal thing for TX but generally for just a few weeks in summer not months.
I hope you are all happy and healthy and not suffering with heat and fire.
