How do you clean headers

There are a set of headers On eBay that have a small Dent in an area that would be hardly noticeable which is better than what I have but the headers are very dirty how do you clean something like that I believe they are titanium is there a special Solution to clean these headers??

The OEM headers are steel not titanium. Red Scotchbrite and Autosol brings them up a treat.

Yep, lots of scrubbing with scotchbrite and/or fine steel wool.

Elbow grease, it doesn't even take that long imho.

Max is correct, once you're on top of it only takes 5-10 minutes maximum. The golden hue of the pipes soon returns too.

Yep, the more often you clean them, the easier it is (the "orange peel" surface seems to wear off)

I use mothers paste wax. Its a wax with a talcom like component that works in many polishing, scratch removal applications.
