lol well the Sportster was his first and only Harley. Not bad Harley boy…not bad at all…👍
The Sportster owes it's longevity to it's inherent reliability, it evolved into one of the best motors the Moco ever made.lol well the Sportster was his first and only Harley.
but appreciate the compliment haha.
This is quite possibly the best thing I've ever seen posted on this forum. Unreal. The Sportster owes it's longevity to it's inherent reliability, it evolved into one of the best motors the Moco ever made.
Back in the 80's the BEARS had a race meeting at Ruatapu, on the West Coast of the South Island. The track would cause cardiac arrest in the 21st Century it was in a sawmill and at 850 metres it had 5 corners. The photo is at drop of the flag we went out the front gate up the road and in the other gate...Madness!
Anyway there was this nutter on an '86 1100 Sportster who turned up late, didn't practice and proceeded to rule the track. He was Speedway rider from Motueka who rode down to race. The '86 1100 had distinctive heads and went like fuck, if you can't pick the Sportster in this photo you need help.View attachment 5585View attachment 5585
Is is the scout pretty fast though ? Do you know what horsepower the scout hasThe challanger and new chief are good contenders.
And believe it or it the challanger has better suspension and breaks than the Chief and actually a good bit faster.
scouts too small imo
I wish I could have a second FTRThese tests are pretty accurate...View attachment 5544
