After drilling a pilot hole I could see the 8 o’clock position was not the perfect spot. Looking at the hole with the rubber plug I could see it was slightly toward 5 o’clock meaning the perfect spot to drill would be into the rib on the end cap. I die ground the hole to .500 inch and was able to remove the Allen head. Wondering if this was done on purpose. Be mindful of the factory hole if you choose to remove your baffles. Love the new tone.
