There’s a video online that will tell to use a 1 1/2” hole saw to remove the baffles. Where the paint is scratched away on the top muffler is what an 1 1/2” would take out. Do not use a 1 1/“2 inch. Instead, use a 1 3/8” hole saw. Squirt a tiny bit of oil around the circumference of the baffle, a little on the saw won’t hurt either, light pressure while drilling. You’ll feel it pop through, it doesn’t take long as that metal is thin. Grab a good set of parrot jaws, and twist the exhausts until they move. Adjust grip as you see fit, but you can just pull them suckers out with a few twists. Whole job is 15-20 minutes tops if you have all the tools ready.
