I bought one of these yesterday so that I could more easily clean and lube the chain - Trackside Rear Paddock Stand
I didn't purchase the spools initially but I found that the wiring for the tail lights run under the swingarm on the left side.
So I went back and bought a set of 8mm Speedmetal Aluminum Swingarm Spools. The swingarm on the FTR1200 is tapped 8mm x 1.25.
If you look at the rear photo you will see a sheet metal screw through the handle near the coupler for the handle. The handle is very loose and I didn't like it, the #10 sheet metal screw fixed it.
It holds the rear wheel about 10mm off the ground.
It's not a Pit Bull stand for sure, but it is about $100 less.
