I just noticed the other day riding that the horn wasn’t working. Once I got home I tried it with the bike off and the key on and I could hear the horn relay click when the button was pressed. Swapped the relay from the fan which does work and it still just clicks. What am I missing?

Hook up a current directly to the horn.
Checked wires at the horn and everything looked good. I'll have to check with a volt meter to see if it's getting power.

If the horn wires show voltage, you will still want to put voltage directly to the horn. This way you will know if the unit has gone bad.
