Motogadget mirror install

Trying to loosen the forward controls - at the moment the kill switch / power switch. I’ve got the back clamshell off and still can’t find a way to get this to open or loosen. Need to move them inward a few mm to get these mirrors on. Everything else is loose. Any one know what I’m missing? Thanks!

Little update. Once I got the controls loose and moved I had to cut the right lock tab in half so that I could affix the control tight and still have room to move the grips in a few mm. Left side was fine without modifying anything. Others might have been able to find a different way but my grassroots brain works this way! Going back would just mean I need to buy that little clip. Mirrors are fantastic and I recommend them for anyone who likes that look.
