How does it function? I see the tire icon on display, with key on, then it disappears when engine is running , Is there a way to view tire pressure?

I didn't either, Can't imagine why it isn't on every bike low TP is far more dangerous on a bike then a car

The FTR does not have TPMS, there is no sensor in the wheel as described in the link, the tyre icon on the dash is to show the traction control is not operating. Unless you've selected track mode and turned it off it disappears as you stated.

Interesting that the RSD Tracker wheels come equipped with a TPMS sensor bracket installed.

Yeah, had me scratching my head. Just to make sure I checked the parts diagram on the stock wheels.
I think it must be SOP over at Performance Machine to include the bracket on all their wheels.
