Tune and service

Hi all
I've just fitted a new exhaust system, and am ready to send the ECU off for the Lloyds tune,just wondering if the bikes got the tune uploaded, what happens when it goes for a service,and the dealer updates it, does it effect anything because of the Lloyds tune ?

Yes it will wipe the tune. Make sure the dealer doesn’t hook their computer up to the bike when it goes in for service
