For all the world it looks like an early development of the FTR engine and chassis concepts by victory tackling the the Pikes Peak challenge.

Victory Unveils Project 156 Motorcycle

Victory Motorcycles has released more details and images of its Project 156 racer, intended to compete in this year's Pikes Peak International Hill Climb later this month.
