DynoJet tune and it won't run/runs like crap

When you buy the PV from Fuel Moto, they are the ones that provide a proper tune for you. Dynojet tunes, as others have pointed out, don't work. Put in the Fuel Moto tune and the bike should run fine. If you aren't satisfied with the original tune, they will work with you until you are.

    Antigravity battery for the ftr.

I didn't like the restart feature, so I got the same battery. Working great so far. I was considering the restart battery for one of my cars, but now not so sure. What is the current status of these types of batteries?

    Radiator replacement

Overheating can be observed if the bike gets so hot the radiator boils over. Overheating is generally thought of as 230 degrees and possible damage at 245 degrees. If you see your temp go over 215 degrees, something is wrong. I don't know if there is a safety built into our bikes that will...

    Radiator replacement

Coming from a pretty extensive racing background (cars), it is well known that water cools better than an antifreeze mixture. But you don't need it if your bike doesn't overheat. If you use pure water, you need an anti-corrosive additive. I ride in Las Vegas when the temps are well over 100...

    Grip Mod

Did mine the same about 6 months ago and they are holding up fine. I'm now thinking about a leather grip. Having wrapped so many tennis racquets with leather grips, I think I can do justice to the handles.

    2022 Exhaust/Header options

There are custom exhaust fabricators that can accommodate you. Cut cat from header, weld on oval to round adaptor, make a pipe from header to your exhaust choice. Call around to a few muffler/exhaust shops for recommendations in your area.

Alternative tires.... Conti Road Attack 3

Why the difference in tire pressures for track use? Would a difference on the street be beneficial?

    2021 FTR Carbon owner... #078

Interesting that traction control may cause surging. I don't remember anyone else making that connection.

    Non Factory luggage options

Is that the Indian windscreen? Did you add the wind deflector? How does it perform at different speeds? Thanks

What Will Be/Is Sitting Next To Your FTR As A Stablemate.

I can't believe how long I considered both feet down as the ideal. When coming to a stop, I have been sliding forward to the narrow part of the seat and putting both feet down, having to go straight legged to do so. And this is when I am perfectly comfortable with one foot down or not having...

    Turn Signal Question

FWIW, I ordered a sprocket and chain from Carpimoto in Italy. They used DHL and my package arrived in a few days.

What Will Be/Is Sitting Next To Your FTR As A Stablemate.

Well, this is one of my current stablemates. My wife refers to it as basically a motorcycle with protection.

    New slip on

Some are happy with just a stubby pipe off of the cat. Sounds great.

2022 FTR Toce header and ecu tuning info

If the 2022 stock headers were put on a 2019 FTR, would that allow more corner lean?

    Better tires?

If you want to stay with the stock sizes, Pirelli Scorpion Trail IIs and Continental Trail Attack 3s have some great reviews. Check out the "other" FTR forum.

    2019 Still worth buying new?

Well, on the first of May here in Las Vegas, it was 33 degrees Celsius. I laugh at your UK peak! ==> Ha! Ha! Ha! :D I will let you know what happens when it actually gets hot here. ;)

You haven't taken into account that I enjoy projects. I can afford $175.

Dropped my 19' Base today; not even sitting on the bike.... I JUST WANTED GAS

Actually, a CNC machine only does "manual" milling via programmed instructions. You just have to know how to mill. I have done everything from specialized dry sump mounts on Ford racing engines to red dot slide mounts for pistols. Using a rotary table lets me also do milling that most people...

Dropped my 19' Base today; not even sitting on the bike.... I JUST WANTED GAS

Would anyone like to provide the specs / dimensions on the RSD frame sliders? I have a mill and can weld. I am sure I can come close to the sliders.
