Awhile ago I had a close shave up in the hills around Gidgegannup.
I came around a bend and there was a big fat dead lizard right on my line, the front wheel went straight over it and I lost my line. I went onto the road shoulder and the clutch lever clipped a marker post. At the time I felt a wack on my thumb... When I cleaned the bike recently I found a chip in the paint, a 7mm spanner.
