Question on mudguard

Looking at the front mudguard on the ftr,it looks quite high to me.
Is there a way of lowering and lining it up closer to wheel

I just went and measured mine. It is sitting approx 25mm (1inch) away from the tire.

I can't remember modifying it, so I assume it is stock.

How much closer do you want to go?

yes there is, you can get lowering brackets.
Wunderkind make some, but you can also make your own.

Yes there is. Mine was lowered but I removed it entirely because I much prefer the look without. Also, it was impacting and grinding into my fork shrouds and taking the powder coating off whenever I landed a wheelie or hit a bump.

xxvictory: I believe way back when ferraiolo1 was fabricating and selling front fender drop brackets on this forum. Maybe PM him and see if he still has a set hanging around.
