RR, S, and non S baffle removal videos

I removed the baffles in my 2019 RR several years ago. (They were bolted but not spot welded.) Using the correct drill bits is essential. The end caps are titanium. I used carbide bits designed for drilling metal and started with a very small bit to make a pilot hole. Then gradually increased the size of the hole with progressively larger bits. It took a little longer but the final hole was much neater.

Drilling thin sheet metal simply sucks (that’s when stamping and/or scissors come in handy). Sometimes you just can’t prevent it from tearing when drilling.
