S&S engine control manager

anyone have the S&S engine control manager the gives base model riding modes? (Rain, standard, sport).
Does it work? Or gimmick?
Financially I'm 1 mod at a time, looking into either the engine control or the Ss slip on exhaust.
Thoughts? Experience with either?

No it is not a gimmick, the riding modes simply change the TBW characteristics.

The base is stuck in standard mode, with the S&S module, it allows the snappy response of sport mode, and the laggy response of rain mode.

I may be missing something here, but isn't it available on all stock FTR-1200S with Ride Command Display?

It was there on day one, I tried the other two, but went back to the standard mode.

Just need to decide which I get first, the control manager or the ss slip on.....decisions decisions

I have it on my FTR. It is nice to be able to have a sport and rain mode added to the riding options. I pretty much stay in sport now. I am glad S&S made something to hack into features I had, but couldn't use.

S&S website says that they're sold out of this item. Hopefully this means that ECM is good, not just popular.
