Had to stay close to home for work. So hit a few of my mountain loops. And found a weigh scale. With an almost full tank of fuel 480lbs

I also road locally this weekend. The leaves in Pennsylvania are turning and it is beautiful. I stopped at a block party in Finleyville, PA yesterday. First on my FTR and later on my Vintage. Giant Oaks Winery and Roy’s by the Tracks hired a band - Buck Wild for a outdoor concert. Bikes were just rolling in when I took these photos. By 4:00pm it was packed and the place was hopping.

I nipped out around lunch time to pickup some Allen Keys I won on Ebay about 12 miles away, and 265miles later the bike is now run in and ready for its first oil change.

Good fun round north Yorkshire, called in at Whitby for the best fish n chips in the UK and road home in the dark. I don't seem to suffer from any of the running faults mentioned on here, the bike goes quite well up to 124mph where it just stops accelerating, hopefully the PV3 will get rid of that, and the tires, whilst not doing anything wrong yet, don't give any feedback so they will have to go. And the fuel tank is crap, it seems to take longer to fill it, than empty it.

Fitted my Bassani slip on this morning, that might be a bit loud :) not put the Fuelmoto map in yet, going to see how it fuels without first.

Trenchers in the background, best chippy going.

It was 78*F Friday-October 23 in Pittsburgh. I took a ride with my Indian Motorcycle Riders Group - Pittsburgh Chapter. We rode to Mercer, PA and had lunch at J.Hicks brew house. I logged 222 miles ( 357km) on the ride. The fall leaves were spectacular. It was a great day to ride with friends and have fun. (I rode the Vintage for comfort. I know - wrong forum)764A2DDD-145F-4481-A27D-57CC7F4C8628.jpeg A9A99213-E5D9-4FAA-8E07-E13284635FE6.jpegBC9FB9F7-EA44-4BE0-9CBA-E0CFCDF2A43A.jpeg47F4BE48-64FC-4DED-9925-E6F6260535CC.jpeg9A62D2FC-D75C-4784-9F05-37C8236AB422.jpegCC4F4FCA-4252-4B14-9A85-1CD4817A502C.jpeg

I was 10 years old and riding a Honda QA50 when I saw my first real “big bike” - a Honda CB 450. That is a pristine example!

I feel for you guys on the new lockdown. From November 4-10 we are supposed to have some great fall weather in Pittsburgh. Should be mid to high 60’s F. Could be the last nice riding weather before winter.

Nice ride - Still fascinated watching the Ride Command route videos! I just rode locally 11/13. Pittsburgh high temp was 53*F. I rode the Vintage. The Lexan windshield makes all the difference. It is extending my riding season. Hopefully we will have a few more warm days when I can comfortably take the FTR out.
