Can FTR coolant be flushed/ refilled and bled without using a vacuum filler? Never used one before...manual is not clear from where you suck up the coolant; is it into the radiator end of the lower radiator hose after pinching off the reservoir hose?

I am at the limit of the OEM tires and would like to find a 60-series set of road tires that would let me at least find the peg feelers. What has everyone out there tried? Would like to here opinions on squeezing 160 section tire on the OEM width wheel.
